Ethics and Sustainability

Yes our products are real and given that, we believe it’s deeply important to be transparent on their background. Absolutely none of our beautiful creatures have died/ been killed for the purpose of making these products.

Our insects come from local suppliers who import them internationally and are captive bred, they generally live out majority of their life cycle.

Our bones, skulls and skeletons come from foragers who collect victims of roadkill or pest species/invasive species control management. Usually under these circumstances their bodies are picked up and put in landfill. This way they can have a home and resting place where they are loved.

We will never trade in endangered species or species that pose a risk to our health and safety.

Our mission is to make sure not to disrupt the natural world and to pay tribute & honour the lives of the magnificent creatures we share the planet with.

We strive to utilise primarily recycled materials for our packaging, abstaining from plastics and non-biodegradable or non-recyclable materials. If plastics are found in the packaging, they originate from received shipments that are being reused rather than wasted. We recommend seeking opportunities to reuse or recycle the materials upon receipt.

Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise our impact on the planet and its wildlife.
